1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and services made through our website or otherwise with our taxi or transfer service.

3. Services
We offer passenger transportation as part of a taxi or transfer service. The exact details (pickup location, destination, time, number of passengers, etc.) are determined by the specific booking.
4. Booking and conclusion of contract
By submitting the booking form on our website, you submit a binding offer to arrange transport. The booking becomes legally effective upon our confirmation by email or telephone.
5. Prices and payment
Prices for our services are agreed upon in advance or communicated upon request. Payment is generally made in cash to the driver on site, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to [e.g., 2 hours] before the scheduled pick-up time. For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
7. Passengers’ obligations
Passengers are required to comply with applicable safety regulations (e.g., wearing seat belts) and to behave respectfully toward the driver during the journey. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger must be compensated.
8. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. We assume no liability for delays caused by traffic conditions or force majeure (e.g., traffic jams, weather, accidents).
9. Data protection

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, to the extent permitted by law.
