Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations are generally possible free of charge up to 2 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
In this case, the customer will not incur any costs and any payments already made (if any) will be fully refunded.
2. Short-term cancellations
For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start of the journey, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare - especially if the driver is already en route or has already arrived at the pick-up location.
3. Passenger's failure to appear (no-show)
If the passenger fails to show up at the agreed pick-up time without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged as cancellation compensation. No refund is possible in this case.
4. Refund in case of failure of our service
If the trip cannot be carried out due to our fault (e.g. driver does not show up), a full refund of all payments made in advance will be made.
5. Type of refund
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed.
